Tanka – Frameless Sky

swallows leave . . .
I feel a chill wind
around me
a desolate winter
without you

is fencing me in
the shadows of my past
creep up on me

ghosting –
you left me
the revenant
in the mirror

rise to the top
of the pond
how hard to let go
of all these regrets
